That's only the beginning, what you see in the window will pull you in, once inside, you really just need to sit or stand and take it all in. Lorne was so nice and helpful. We have been looking for amethyst for a while and could not find it locally where we live in Florida. I first saw a beautiful piece in another store, but left because I wanted to think about it. As we wandered back to our room, we ran across Regis, and I saw the perfect piece in the window. We went in and were immediately greeted with smiles and no judgment. We were shown many things, but ended up leaving with nothing. The next day we went back and Lorne greeted us happily and we decided to make our purchase. Sorry this is so long, but I must say that when you receive great, personable customer service, you have to make note of it and show appreciation. There were so manu details that added to our experience that i can't list them here. Regis Galerie now has a customer for life!
