As we wandered back to our room, we ran across Regis, and I saw the perfect piece in the window. We went in and were immediately greeted with smiles and no judgment. We were shown many things, but ended up leaving with nothing. The next day we went back and Lorne greeted us happily and we decided to make our purchase. Sorry this is so long, but I must say that when you receive great, personable customer service, you have to make note of it and show appreciation. There were so manu details that added to our experience that i can't list them here. Regis Galerie now has a customer for life!
